Let’s get into The Pink Rose recipe

You’ll need:

190ml – Theuniskraal Moscato Rosé

1 Tbs – Euroberry Pomegranate Syrup or 1/3 Cup Fresh Pomegranate pips

1/3 cup – Mint infusion*

330ml – Sprite / Soda Water

How to:

  1. Put some Ice in a Wine Glass
  2. Add all ingredients in a 500ml Carafe / Glass container
  3. Garnish Herb related to drink

*Making your own Herb infusion:

  1. Take a 1 litre glass bottle
  2. Add 2 Tbs Sugar
  3. Fill about a 1/3 with fresh Herbs leaves OR about 1cm if using dried Spices
  4. Fill with hot water – make sure glass is hot-water resistant
  5. Stir with the back of a wooden spoon to dissolve Sugar
  6. Let cool down and refrigerate for a few days for flavors to develop
