Let’s get into making the perfect summer tea – infused with orange and cardamom!
3 cardamom pods
1 cup (250 ml) fresh orange juice
3 strips orange rind
2 tablespoons caster sugar
10g Green Tea leaves
Place the cardamom pods on a chopping board and press with the side of a large knife to crack
them open. Place the cardamom, orange juice, rind, sugar and 2 cups (500 ml) water in a pan and
stir over medium heat for 10 minutes, or until the sugar has dissolved. Bring to the boil then remove
from the heat.
