Fresh Sparkle
You need:
190ml Theuniskraal Sauvignon Blanc
1/3 cup Lemon Thyme infusion
330ml ½ Stoney ½ Sprite

*Making your own Herb infusion:
1. Take a 1-liter glass bottle
2. Add 2 Tbs Sugar
3. Fill about a 1/3 with fresh Herbs leaves OR about 1cm if using dried Spices
4. Fill with hot water – make sure glass is hot-water resistant
5. Stir with the back of a wooden spoon to dissolve Sugar
6. Let cool down and refrigerate for a few days for flavors to develop

How to:
1. Put some Ice in a Wine Glass
2. Add all ingredients and enjoy
